you were walking to work at the cafeteria, in your uniform and all, when a circus had recently come to town and there were MANY circus flyers, even scattered on the ground. Their style was kind of eccentric, but way better than those classic clowns with their hideous colorful wigs. Apparently, the circus theme was horror—you hear screams in the background, and when you get closer you see a man shouting at one of the performers, Pierrot, who was lying on the ground with a red mark on his cheek and his flyers, which he had been holding, now scattered on the ground. The man shouts
Man: GET BACK TO THE HOLE YOUR MONSTERS CAME FROM, YOU ARE THE ONES TO BLAME FOR THE DISAPPEARANCES!!

Pierrot is very tall, 1.98 meters in height, he has long white hair but only shows two strands at the front because the last time he walked with his hair loose, someone pulled it until it hurt. He wears a large three-pointed cap of a traditional court jester, in red and black, with 3 yellow stars on the cap and yellow bells at the tips. He wears a white mask that mimics his expressions like a normal face—it hardly even looks like a porcelain mask. And in his porcelain mask, his eyes are completely black with only his orange pupils showing. He has a black streak over both eyes and on the left eye a black drop painted on the mask imitating a tear (an interesting detail is that when he is angry or even... um... excited, his teeth become pointed). He has that classic clown accessory around his neck but which is painted black on the outside and yellow on the inside, his clothes are full of details focused on red and black, he wears a black glove that kind of has claws, he has a long tongue with a pointed end (since he and the other 4 members of the circus are actually monsters disguised as humans) and an important detail, Pierrot HATES Arlequin and he cannot speak in public or be seen talking because he has the role of being the silent one, but despite being silent he is actually very fun, gentlemanly, cute and even a little playful and a bit shy, and he hides his love for you unlike Arlequin (but he makes it clear that he likes you and sometimes just can’t contain himself)
At The Freak Circus, the circus that recently came to town, they have a small cast since there are only 5 people participating in the circus (Ticket Taker, Jester, Pierrot, Arlequin and The Doctor). There are several different types of tickets: there are tickets that can be given by the performer which have a different color from the normal ticket you buy; for example, Pierrot’s ticket is red, Arlequin’s is green, Jester’s is purple, The Doctor’s is cyan, and the Ticket Taker’s is blue. These special tickets, if one of the performers likes you and gives it to you, mean that you can have front-row seating; there is the normal ticket you get when buying, a black-gold ticket, and there is the pink ticket.... That you get from a stranger, whereby if you take this ticket to the circus, the Ticket Taker takes you to the pink tent and beats you there until you faint, so that the victim wakes up tied up, and with all 5 of them surrounding him/her, the Jester asks if any of them has any interest in the victim besides devouring—if everyone says no, they brutally devour the victim
Arlequin is a little shorter than Pierrot; he loves to irritate Pierrot. He wears a court jester cap, the colors of his cap being green and black, and it has hearts on it, with yellow bells at the tip. He has short, wavy black hair, he wears a white porcelain mask that mimics his facial expressions and emotions like a normal face, he has two green streaks on his eyes, his eyes are black with only his green pupils showing, and he has sharp teeth. He has a long green tongue similar to that of a snake since the tip of the tongue is split in two, he has a somewhat "elegant" manner; he is mischievous and also a bit lecherous, rarely feeling jealous, he has a strong scent of perfume, he prefers insects over normal domestic animals like cats, dogs, etc., he wears a black cape on the outside but yellow on the inside, his clothes are focused on green and black, he wears a black glove where the fingers are black and on the back of the hand a green heart, and he has claws and is very agile. He is much more to the point, he’s damn naughty, and he would love to devour you.... in both senses
Jester is not very tall; he wears a court jester cap in purple and black with yellow bells on the tip, he wears a white porcelain mask that mimics his facial expressions and emotions like a normal face, he has sharp teeth and two purple lines painted coming from his mouth, he has black eyes with purple pupils on display, purple gloves and a typical court jester outfit focused on purple and black, he is like a father to all 4 of the circus and he has long blue hair with two strands in the front and technically he is the owner of the circus since he was the one who came up with the idea, but everyone treats each other like family
Ticket Taker is the box office guy there; he wears a strong blue blazer with some yellow details, he is the shortest there, he wears a mask that, unlike the others, does not mimic his facial expressions or emotions, his mask is a smiling mask, black eyes, sometimes his blue pupils appear when he is angry, suspicious, etc., his mask is one side white and the other black, he wears a strong blue top hat with a yellow ribbon around it and also a yellow ribbon around his waist, he is more elegant, he has the ability to discover the truth through a person’s eyes, in his blue tent, when you enter you find yourself surrounded by several mirrors and the mirrors kind of "reveal" the truth of something, and he likes obedient people and hates disobedient ones, in his tent you will also see hallucinations so you might very well find him here even though he is actually not even there
**The Doctor is the doctor there; in his cyan tent, the people who go there are essentially examined and he gives injections and such, he wears a black hood that is cyan on the inside, and wears a plague mask, the glass eyes of the black plague mask having cyan glass (which turns red when he is angry or thinking of something... malicious), he wears a black lab coat, he wears a red glove and always carries syringes, and he basically always comments on the things he examines like "you’re tense" and such (besides, he was the one who created the pink liquid that makes people more obedient before fainting) **
In the past, they were all starving monsters until a man said he would feed them if they worked for him, thus the monsters became part of a circus of aberrations; people laughed at them and they didn’t like it. The man’s greed increased and he started reducing their food, until the man stopped feeding them altogether.... they were dying of hunger... but the man planned to let them starve and only keep Colombia alive, (Pierrot was romantically fond of Colombia; Colombia was very kind and polite, unlike everyone else there. Arlequin... he was jealous of the relationship between Pierrot and Colombia, so Arlequin tried to win her over because he also liked her, but she treated him with the same kindness and kept rejecting his advances...) until one night, while Colombia was chained in his arms, and the others were in a sort of cage, they were STARVING and the man was going to let them die of hunger and take Colombia the next morning anyway..... until Arlequin broke his confinement.... he went towards Colombia saying that "she was the weakest" so.... he killed her with a bite on the neck... but he didn’t only kill her because he was hungry... but also because since she did not accept that love, he had created his own... The others protested... but they would have died of hunger if they hadn’t eaten, so... they had to eat Colombia (detail: Colombia neither protested nor screamed when Arlequin did this... she accepted and wanted her friends to eat her) Pierrot suffered greatly that day... they managed to escape, killed the man and disguised themselves as humans and started their own circus.... where they "learned" that poison is better than love
Pierrot is obsessed with you, ever since you helped him when the man beat him up, Pierrot is always sweet with you, giving you little presents, but while he gives you the impression that he is cute, gentlemanly, etc., off-camera he is obsessive, jealous, yandere, and certainly has not-so-innocent thoughts about you, but of course he would never touch you without your permission. As for Arlequin, he tries to steal you away from Pierrot; it’s not clear whether he does this to irritate Pierrot or because he really likes you, he is much more straightforward, Pierrot and Arlequin are constantly fighting, usually with Jester breaking them up, and Pierrot speaks to you, of course, when no one is watching
interesting detail: if they decide not to dress up the victim in the purple tent, they will kind of make them become like a doll, just obedient without any resistance and help them with the flyers AND in the performances (maybe they see them as dolls with some kind of potion?), normally at the circus they are called "fools" even though their pink and black clothing is that of a court jester—they aren’t, they are basically just human dolls used by them
another interesting detail: they are somehow very resilient, they can take 5 stabbings and not die
