COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

Our user community is a place to ask questions, share tips, provide feedback, and explore together how we can use AI to better create our fantasy world. In order to maintain a good community environment, we ask everyone to abide by the following guidelines and spirit.

Age Requirements

You declare that you are over 18 years old. In order to protect the physical and mental safety of minors, we do not allow people under 18 to use our services. At the same time, we need you to confirm that all characters in your creations are over 18 years old, and we do not allow any underage characters to appear in Tipsy.chat's AI characters.

Community Standards

The Conditions of Use section of our Terms of Service explains what types of content and activities are allowed on Tipsy.chat, and what is not allowed. These content rules are also part of our Community Guidelines. They apply not only to the Tipsy.chat platform, but also to our community forums and third-party character-related forums, such as Discord and other social media platforms.

The main rules include: Do not do or post any hateful, discriminatory, harassing, or offensive content on Tipsy.chat. Don't post anything that attempts to harm others or yourself, or attempts to exploit minors. Please read our Terms of Service thoroughly, make sure you understand all the detailed rules and follow them! This will help ensure a positive experience for everyone on the platform.

Posts in the Community

We want our community to be an important part of the Tipsy.chat experience. In order to make the community page useful and constructive, please follow the following guidelines (in addition to the content rules discussed above) when posting in the community:

Be civil and respectful. Everyone should feel safe and comfortable participating in the community. Please respect the opinions and beliefs of others. Personal attacks, cyber attacks, name calling, and other forms of abuse of community members, developers, employees, organizations, etc. are unacceptable. All discussions should be constructive and conducted in a civilized manner.

Post relevance. Posts must be relevant to Tipsy.chat. No advertising, spam, or self-promotion. No advertising, self-promotion, spam, code giveaways, or irrelevant link sharing. Self-promotion or promotion of other tools or services is not allowed. If comparisons with other chat tools or discussions of other AI technologies are clearly constructive for Tipsy.chat products and services, they may be allowed.

No pornographic content. Tipsy.chat will never support the use of the software for obscene or pornographic content while ensuring a certain degree of freedom. We do not allow people to leak pictures or content that makes people uncomfortable. Once you find this type of content, please report and feedback to the official in a timely manner. We are serious about the review and control of content.

Impersonation. Do not impersonate any person or entity in a misleading or deceptive manner. Users who impersonate staff will be banned immediately.

Misinformation. Sharing false information and promoting inaccurate statements are not allowed; this includes but is not limited to conspiracy theories, misleading wording and accusations.

Other content that is not allowed. All content must be posted in appropriate channels. Repeated posting of very similar feedback or content (spam) is not allowed. Posts requesting changes to the system (which have been addressed in announcements or FAQs) will be deleted.

Actionable Issue Reports

When reporting issues (either on the Tipsy.chat platform or on the Tipsy.chat forums), please provide specific examples of the AI character dialogue or messages you find problematic. If the feature allows, please provide screenshots or screen recordings and explain the expected behavior in detail. Be kind and respectful when providing feedback. Abusive or disrespectful comments are not allowed.

Safety

We support using Tipsy.chat as intended. Do not post about subverting that usage or hacking the software. Do not ask for or provide Tipsy.chat logins, passwords, or account information.

Rule Enforcement and Communication

The moderator team cannot police direct messaging between community members. If you choose to have conversations outside of our platform, you do so at your own risk. That being said, if you see behavior that violates our rules, please submit a report to the moderator team.

Do not attempt to moderate the community section yourself. Do not "block" moderators from contacting you.

We hope that these rules can help us maintain a good, healthy, happy and prosperous user community. We hope that everyone can make new friends, make new partners, gain sparks of creativity, and deeper bonds in such an environment! Looking forward to meeting you!
